Bufords Ribs
- a rack of ribs (pork)
- one can Budwiser beer
- half bottle of hickory barbeque sause
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sause
- 2 tbl spouns smoke
You then have the making of a great feast. You should put all the ingredients together and pour over the rack and let stand at least 2 hours, which is if you thought ahead of time. More often than not I forget to. Either on the grill or in a cooker both taste great, just the grill tends to take a couple hours longer. The cooker takes about 3 hrs.
